1. Reservations & Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before the tour date.
  • Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit card (subject to fees), or cash (USD/BWP).
  • Last-Minute Bookings (<7 days): Full payment required upfront.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 30 > days before departure: 50% refund.
  • <14 days before departure: No refund.
  • No-shows/late arrivals: Non-refundable.
  • Force Majeure (natural disasters, political unrest): Credit for future use (no cash refund).

3. Changes to Bookings

  • Date changes: Free if made >30 days prior (subject to availability).
  • <30 days: Treated as cancellation + rebooking.
  • Group size reduction: May affect per-person pricing.

4. Health & Safety

  • Medical Conditions: Disclose any allergies, disabilities, or illnesses in advance.
  • Travel Insurance: Mandatory (must cover medical evacuation, cancellations, and adventure activities).
  • Wilderness Risks: Mokoro trips involve wildlife encounters; clients participate at their own risk.

5. Responsibilities

  • Fure Safaris reserves the right to:
    • Alter itineraries due to weather, safety, or park regulations.
    • Cancel a trip (full refund if we initiate cancellation).
  • Clients must:
    • Follow guide instructions at all times.
    • Respect wildlife/environment (no littering, no feeding animals).
    • Cover costs for damages to equipment caused by negligence.

6. Children & Age Restrictions

  • Minimum age: 5 years for mokoro trips (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult).

7. Liability Waiver

  • Clients sign a waiver acknowledging risks (wildlife, water activities, remote travel).
  • Future Safaris is not liable for:
    • Lost/stolen personal items.
    • Injuries due to client negligence.
    • Flight delays affecting pickups.

8. Complaints

  • Report issues immediately to your guide for on-the-spot resolution.
  • Unresolved complaints must be emailed within 7 days of trip completion.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data is used only for bookings and will not be shared with third parties.
